Richard, I never thought of ordering a home inspection for our new home. I thought you only need an inspector for older homes. Thinking this is a great builder what could be wrong? Boy was I wrong! Our one year warranty was getting ready to expire at the same time we received your advertisement (Inspector on the Run LLC). I made the appointment thinking this is going to be a waste of money. As you were using your infrared light, to show me an active leak, the contractor just happened to ring the door bell. It couldn't have been better timing. Needless to say, they didn't leave until they found and repaired the leak as well as everything else your report noted. I think your inspection was worth every penny and I would highly recommend your company. Thanks so much,

Hi Rick,

Thank you very much for doing my house inspection. The anomaly  you found in this brand new home (i.e. before closing) that shows moisture in  the wall, would never have been detected without you and your equipment to perform this type of testing. (Infrared) The developers will be tearing into the wall to  find out if the rain the other day caused this or if it's something else. They  have been told to call you when the wall is opened up so you can take pictures and see the inside for yourself. To me this single item alone paid for the  inspection. I would have never thought before this that I would need to hire my own inspector on a new home purchase, if it hadn't been for my daughter who is a  realtor, she advised me to get the inspection.
