I was truly fortunate to have hired Rick to conduct an inspection on my new home prior to concluding the one year warranty signoff. Rick was very detailed with his inspection and detected items I would have never thought to look for or noticed myself when I did my preliminary list. Rick knows "code" and what should be done by a contractor in order to meet "code." More importantly, Rick discovered structural problems in my attic. Had I not hired Rick who knows when I would have discovered the problems.
