I use the HomeGauge computerized home inspection reporting system. This means the Report is available to my Clients and their Agents on the  Internet as soon as the report is completed and uploaded. Reports are ready the next business day. Hard copies of the report are available for our Clients without e-mail or Internet access.

To view and print these reports from the Internet all that is needed is an e-mail account and access to the web. There is no plug-in  required or any other kind of program needed. You will be e-mailed a link to view the Report & Summary with a user name and password. This e-mail only contains a link to the report, your user name & password, and does not have any attachments.

The Reports are stored for 5 years from the date uploaded and  can be access at anytime with your user name and password. The report can easily be printed, downloaded and forwarded to anyone 24 hours a day 7 days a  week.

Your e-mail information is kept confidential and not shared with any other entity. E-mail addresses are only needed for the notification e-mail letting you know your report is complete and ready for you to review.
