Structural Inspections: My structural inspections cover from the roof to the foundation, inside-and-out. I will operate and inspect all the primary systems, fixtures and components of the home. I inspect for the items that need immediate attention like safety issues, leaks and conditions that could lead to costly repairs down the road. I also educate my clients on proper maintenance of their home so it’s safe and sound for their families years to come. Infrared Inspections: I offer a full range of Infrared inspections for residential and commercial applications. The inspection entails scanning the surface areas of what is being inspected to discover thermal anomalies. Anomalies that identify adverse conditions or problems that need attention. Thermal patterns that can identify the source of active plumbing leaks, proper insulation in the ceiling and walls and locate air infiltration into the home just to name a few. My basic interior inspections start at $100.00 for homes under 2,000 square feet. Complete home scans of the interior, exterior, attic and crawl space/basements start at $250.00 for homes under 2,000 square feet.
