I am Rick Miller; Inspector & Owner of Inspector on the Run LLC. I have 15 years professional experience in the building industry, the last 5 years performing inspections. I have a solid knowledge base in multiple trades, with an eye for the details. I have over 250 field hours inspecting with infrared technology since March of 2007.

I am licensed by the State of Nevada Department of Business and Industry Real Estate Division as a qualified Inspector of Structures, able to inspect any residential structure, including commercial properties up to 10,000 square feet. We follow InterNachi’s Standards & Ethics and follow the regulations found in (NRS) Nevada Revised Statues 645D and (NAC) Nevada Administrative Code 645D governing Inspectors of Structures.

I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and a member of the local Nevada Association of Certified Real Estate Inspectors. I am also an affliliate member of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors.

Each membership is in Good Standing.

I am Nevada’s first Eco friendly home inspection service. I use a paperless reporting system. I shut down my computer and systems when not in use. I use only rechargeable batteries in my equipment. In my efforts to be an industry leading home inspector I exceed my yearly continuing education requirements needed to maintain my License and my Associations. Each course adds to my knowledge base and keeps me up-to-date with advances in the individual trades and building industry in general. I have expanded my services to also include Home Energy Audits and I am the first and only Inspector of Structures in Nevada that is a Certified Infrared Thermographer.
