Why Inspector on the Run LLC
I have 15 years professional experience in the building industry. The last 6 years in the plumbing trade. I have a solid knowledge base, with an eye for the details.
I am licensed by the State of Nevada as a qualified inspector of structures, able to inspect any residential structure, including commercial properties up to 10,000 square feet.
I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and a member of the local Nevada Association of Certified Real Estate Inspectors.
Each membership is in Good Standing.
In my efforts to be the best home inspector I can be for my clients. I exceed my yearly continuing education requirements needed to maintain my License and my Associations. Each course adds to my knowledge base and keeps me up-to-date with advances in the individual trades and building industry in general. I have expanded my services to also include Home Energy Audits and I am the first Home Inspector in Nevada that is a certified Infrared Thermographer. I can show you how to turn your home Green and I can see what no other inspectors in the area can with state-of-the-art Infrared Technology.
Don’t let a small difference in pricing make your decision for you. Saving a few dollars now can cost you thousands in the long run. It has never been truer that; “You get what you pay for”. I do one inspection a day “Yours” so I can absolutely spend the time needed to do your home inspection and answer all of your questions before I leave the property. Cheaper home inspection companies rely on quantity by doing 2 or more inspections a day to survive. I rely on my reputation of service and the fact most consumers want a quality inspection of their home.
I do not charge Escrow fees.
I am Honest and Dependable and do nothing less than a job I can be personally proud of. You will not find another home inspector more Thorough and Dedicated to his clients.
Give me a call, I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have on the Home Inspection process, Inspection Report, Green Houses, Infrared Technology, and tips on annual maintenance.
